1. What BotForge Is
BotForge ("we", "us", "the service") is a no-code Telegram bot generator at tgbotforge.com. You fill a wizard, choose features, and download a ready-to-run TypeScript bot. Code generation runs entirely in your browser and we do not receive your bot token, group IDs, or any bot configuration.
2. License Keys
- License keys are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your key with others is a violation of these terms and will result in the key being revoked without refund.
- Each paid key allows up to 3 bot generations (lifetime limit, not per day). Additional generations may be requested via support but are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Purchasing a new key is the standard path for additional generations.
- Keys are tied to the email used at purchase. We track usage to prevent abuse.
- We reserve the right to revoke keys that are shared, resold, or used abusively.
- Growth keys are lifetime. Pro keys are subscription-based and expire when the subscription lapses.
3. Payments and Refunds
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. By purchasing you agree to their terms as well.
- Growth plan is a one-time purchase. Pro plan is a monthly subscription.
- Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final once a bot has been generated or a license key has been issued. We do not offer refunds under any other circumstances.
4. Generated Bot and Code License
- The generated code is provided under the BotForge license for your personal use. It is not transferred to you as owned intellectual property.
- You may self-host the generated bot for your own Telegram communities. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the generated code as your own product.
- Any modifications you make to the generated code are entirely at your own risk. BotForge is not responsible for issues arising from modified code and will not provide technical support for modified bots.
- You are solely responsible for how your bot behaves and for complying with Telegram's Terms of Service and Bot API Terms.
- BotForge is not liable for any actions taken by bots generated using this service.
- Do not use generated bots for spam, harassment, fraud, or any illegal activity.
5. Support
- Pro subscribers receive top priority technical support.
- Growth and Starter requests are handled on a best-effort basis after Pro tickets.
- Support is provided only for unmodified bots generated through the official wizard.
6. Feedback Board
- The Feedback Board at tgbotforge.com/feedback allows anyone to submit feature suggestions and vote on existing ones without creating an account.
- By submitting a suggestion you confirm that the content is not spam, offensive, defamatory, or illegal, and that you have the right to post it.
- All submissions are public and visible to any visitor of the page. Do not include any personal information, private data, or confidential material in your suggestion.
- An optional Telegram username may be attached to your submission for display purposes only. We do not verify or contact usernames automatically.
- We reserve the right to delete any submission at any time without notice, including but not limited to spam, offensive content, or off-topic posts.
- Votes are IP-based and anonymous. We do not sell vote data or use it for advertising.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Previously generated bots are unaffected as they run on your own server.
8. Limitation of Liability
BotForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above.
